About Us

Our Story

Our story begins when we were young teenagers getting involved with drugs and alcohol. This created a downward spiral in both of our lives which was getting out of control until we both wanted to change.

Jails, detentions, rehabs and religion wasn't working at all for us. We began to search for real answers. At the age of 20 and 18, we both reached out for hope in Jesus Christ personally and what a life transformation change took place shortly after that. Drugs, alcohol, smoking, cursing, destructive behaviors all changed because the power of Jesus to set us free!!!

Now we have been married 24 years and have 3 adult children and 5 beautiful grandchildren!

We still are giving our lives to all God wants to do through us and supporting others to get free!

The Difference180 Recovery Inc. is a non-profit 501c3 organization which is committed to help people turn their life around. We are convinced that "Recovery" is a life long process that requires a decision to change and can be set free from bondage instantly.

To be successful in recovery, there must be some elements operating in someone's life.

Commitment, Hope and Love

These 3 things are a good starting point to build a solid foundation in someone's life that will keep them on a course of life until the end

Commitment
Commitment
This requires an all or nothing approach. The individual must be willing to stay committed through the changes and difficulties of recovery until there is a break through. Then continue in that life style for the rest of their lives. This is a decision made every day in the mind.

Hope
Hope
Many people lose hope in their lives and end up in dark places. Hope is the number one message needed to be spoken in their lives. We offer the Hope that has the power to break the chains in someone's life and to live victoriously.

Love
Love
The lack of love in someone's life results in trying to find love in the wrong things. We have all experienced this and offer a community of people who love unconditionally, which produces a solid support system with that individual.

Who can come?
This is open to anyone struggling or recovering with a drug or alcohol addiction, PTSD, depression or any other addictions Young or old, male or female. We also help get people free and healed from many diseases.

What's provided?
Coffee, refreshments, and snacks will be provided.

Complete Schedule
There is a full schedule available for the whole week. Our specific focus group is on Tuesday Nights. Ask your location Program Directors for more info.
